About

Made by people who build websites for other people.

We spent years turning client emails into tasks. ReviewMySites is the tool we wanted on the other side of that inbox.

Every website project ends the same way. The site is nearly done, the client finally looks at it properly, and the feedback arrives: an email with numbered points, screenshots pasted inline, “the button on the right”, a photo of a monitor. Then the real work starts, which is working out what each point means.

The fix is usually small. The translation is not. Which page, which element, which phone, is it still true after yesterday's deploy, is it done? We wanted the client to point at the thing, and for everything a developer needs to come along by itself.

So that is what ReviewMySites does. Your client clicks what is wrong on your live site and says why. You get the screenshot, the browser, the screen size and the exact element, on a board where every point has a status until it is done.

What we promise

Six things we will not trade away.

Pointing beats describingFeedback starts on the live site, on the element itself. Not in an email, not in a spreadsheet of screenshots.
Clients never need an accountA link, a name and an email. The people giving feedback should spend their time on the feedback.
A pin never liesIf a pin cannot find its element, it moves to the parent and says it is approximate. It never lands confidently on the wrong thing.
Priced by your teamSeats are for the people doing the work. Clients and guests are free on every plan, so inviting them is never a cost decision.
Your feedback is yoursNo ads, no selling data, no third-party analytics in the app. Comments are never deleted because a payment failed.
