No. Prices are shown before tax, in US dollars, or in rupees if you are in India. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies.
Only your team: the owner, admins and members. Clients you add and anyone commenting through a share link never use a seat, on any plan.
Any time, from the Billing page. Moving up is charged for the rest of the current period straight away. Moving down is credited against your next payment. You can never go below the number of people already on your team.
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then the workspace moves to Free: nobody is removed and nothing is deleted.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, first purchase or renewal, and you get it back in full.
Paddle retries and emails you, and nothing changes for 14 days. After that the workspace becomes read-only until the payment goes through. We never delete comments because a payment failed.
