The short versionread this if nothing else
You can use ReviewMySites free, or pay for a plan that matches the size of your team. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling keeps everything you paid for until the end of the period. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. Your feedback stays yours, we never delete it because a payment failed, and we ask you not to use the Service to break the law or harm anyone.
1. Who we are
These Terms are an agreement between you and the business that provides ReviewMySites (“we”, “us”), PixelMascot, a partnership firm registered in India, about your use of the ReviewMySiteswebsite, web application, embeddable review script and browser extension (together, “the Service”).ReviewMySites is a visual feedback tool: you and the people you invite click on a live website to leave comments pinned to the exact element, with a screenshot and technical details, and manage them on a shared board.
If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorised to do so. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Your account and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Work in ReviewMySites is organised into workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its owner: they choose its plan, pay for it, and decide who it includes. Team members (owner, admins and members) use seats. Clients you invite, and anyone commenting through a share link, never use a seat.
3. Plans
- Free: one project, a limited number of comments and clients, and the workspace owner as the only team member.
- Paid plans: Solo, Studio and Agency, which differ only in the number of seats included. The plan follows the number of seats you choose: adding seats moves you to the plan that includes them when that is the better price for you. Extra seats can be added or removed at any time, but never below the number of people already on your team.
Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you pay. We may change prices or plan features in future; a price change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before it does.
4. Billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Prices are shown before tax. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies.
- When you add seats or move to a larger plan, the difference for the rest of the current period is charged straight away. When you remove seats or move to a smaller plan, the change applies at once and the unused amount is credited against your next payment.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for.
- When a paid plan ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nobody is removed from it and nothing is deleted, but the Free plan’s limits apply to anything new.
5. Payments through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Invoices are issued by Paddle, and the charge appears on your statement from Paddle. We never see or store your full card details.
6. If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it and email you, and we will show a notice in the app. Nothing changes for 14 days. If the payment is still outstanding after that, the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still see and export its content, but nothing new can be added until the payment succeeds. Paying unlocks it immediately. If the subscription is finally cancelled for non-payment, the workspace moves to the Free plan as described above. We never delete comments because a payment failed. Stored screenshots of a lapsed workspace are kept for a further year before they may be removed.
7. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. The details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Your content
Comments, replies, screenshots and files you or your team add (“your content”) remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example showing a comment to the people with access to its project. You are responsible for having the right to add what you add, and for the sites you choose to review.
Screenshots are kept for a limited time depending on your plan (as described in the app); comments and their text are kept for as long as the project exists. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or infringe the rights of others;
- upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to access projects, workspaces or data you have not been given access to;
- overload, disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or work around its limits or security;
- resell or provide the Service to others as a service of your own, except to your clients through the features built for that.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
10. Our service
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance. The Service relies on providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare and Vercel, listed in our Privacy Policy.
ReviewMySites, its software, design and brand belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. When an account is deleted, its data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection given by the law of the country where you live. Please write to us first. Most problems are solved faster that way.
14. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
