The board

Statuses, cards, filters, notifications and export.

DocsWorking togetherUpdated October 2026

Every comment left on the site lands as a card on the project's board. The board is where you sort what came in, talk it through, and close it.

Columns are statuses

A new project starts with four:

StatusMeaning
OpenNew. Nobody has picked it up yet.
In ProgressSomeone is on it.
In ReviewFixed, waiting for whoever asked to check it.
ResolvedDone. Its pin leaves the site.

Drag a card to change its status. You can rename, recolour, add and reorder statuses, for one project or as the default for the whole workspace. Resolvedcan be renamed but not removed, because “done” has to exist. A status that still holds cards asks where they should go before it is deleted.

Inside a card

  • The comment, its screenshot and any attachments.
  • The page it was left on, and View on site, which opens that page with the pin in view.
  • Priority (Low, Medium or High), and the thread of replies, with mentions and reactions.
  • For your team: browser, OS and exact screen size, and on paid plans the console and network activity around the moment of the comment.

Finding things

Filter the board by page, by person or by screen size, or search the text. A board with a hundred cards is usually twelve pages with eight cards each, so filtering by page is often the fastest way through.

Staying in the loop

Mentions, replies and status changes reach you in the app's notification bell and by email. You can also turn on browser notifications, which arrive even when the dashboard tab is closed (on iPhone and iPad, once the dashboard is added to your Home Screen).

Export

On paid plans, export a project's comments to CSV or Excel for a report, an invoice, or another tool.

Who sees what on the boardClients and link guests see the comments, but not the browser details, logs or your member list. The full breakdown is in Share with clients and your team.
Comments are never deleted because a plan ended or a payment failed.
